Refund policy

 30-Day Return Policy 


We offer a 30-day return policy on all products returned to us in new (unused) condition. We cannot accept returns of nutritional products after 30 days or once the product has been opened.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase and order ID.

To start a return, you can contact us at service@hyclinebike.com. We’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

Return Process

Our refund process consists of four simple steps to ensure that your refund request is handled quickly and smoothly.

Step 1: Take Photos of the Product

To better help us understand the condition of the product, we require you to provide photos that ensure the product can be repackaged and second sold. Please ensure that the photos meet the following requirements:

  1. Clearly visible labels and stickers on the product.
  2. Check for any signs of wear or dirt on the product surface.
  3. Photos must be clear, showing product surface details and components.

Step 2: Receive Return Label

Once we check and confirm the photos you provided, we will send you a Return Label. Please promptly deliver the item to your local post office or courier service using the provided Return Label. If the return or exchange is due to a customer error or a change of mind, the customer will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs.

Step 3: Wait for Warehouse Receipt

Our warehouse will receive your return and verify the condition of the product. This step is usually completed within a few days after you have sent back the item.

Step 4: Successful Refund

Once our warehouse confirms the condition of the product, your refund will be successfully processed. The refund processing time may vary depending on your payment method and bank, but we strive to ensure a prompt refund.



Defective Product Return Policy

If you've received a defective item, please return it to us within 30 days with no restocking fee and no return shipping fee. We'll replace it for you with the same item if the product is currently in stock, or make arrangements to get a replacement item to you. After 30 days, we can help you with manufacturer warranty support.


Exchanges/Return Shipping Costs

When wanting an exchange/return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have.  Packages received with postage due will have the postage deducted from the customer's refund.

  • If the return or exchange is due to a customer error or a change of mind, the customer will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
  • We acknowledge full responsibility for return shipping costs if the return or exchange is initiated due to a quality problem with the product or an error in the warehouse causing the wrong item to be shipped.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 48 hours. Please remember it may take 3~5 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
