When they say heavy duty, they mean it! This phone mount is also flexible in how it's oriented thanks to the two orbs, both of which you can lock to help point and face the phone towards you. What's nice too is the shock-absorber. It should be able to keep the phone stable and not all jittery.My only problem with the mount so far is the mounting mechanism. Although it's tight, setting up and removing requires tools. In fact adjusting the phone fit too requires the use of tool. A lot of other phone mounts on the market are too less, this one is not, requiring tools for mounting and phone size adjustment.Overall a solid phone to bike mount and I highly recommend!

The quality is very good. This is very sturdy and solid build. The adjustment is solid and hold firms when it is positioned and tightened down. Does not move around or loose it's adjustment. With that adjustment the way it is designed you get alot more positioning then others with just the one ball adjustment.

I picked this up to use with a mountain bike and it's fantastic. It's very bulky but works well for the intended purpose. It has a suspension like component to isolate shocks. The phone is very secure in the mount and adjusts easily to what would appear to be most any phone.
