Shortly after I ordered and received the invoice for my order, I realize that the wrong tire size had been ordered. Contacted customer service. To tell them I’ve made a mistake. They contacted me back and said that the orders was correct. I took them on their word that the invoice was wrong. Of course the order was incorrect when it arrived. Luckily I did order the right tubes and the tire just shortly there after that. So I do have my materials to get my bike up and running again. Grateful for the quick turnaround on the order. Not sure what to do with the wrong order. Is it something I just sent back? Can I get my money back? Thank you for this review.
