How can I track my order?

After your pacakge is shipped, we will update the tracking number for you within 1-2 business days and send it to the email address you used to place the order. You can check your tracking information here >> Track my order or https://www.17track.net/en

When is my package expected to arrive after placing an order?

All orders will be prepared and shipped out within 1 business day (weekends will be delayed).
Standard Shipping: 4-7 days.

Expedited Shipping: 3-5 days.

3-day Delivery: Within 3 days. If it takes more than 3 days, we will refund the shipping fee.

How do I change my shipping address / Item(s) once my order is placed?

Please contact us for changing address / item(s) within 6 hours after placing the order. If we have already shipped, we cannot modify it.

Tracking shows delivery but I don't receive my package?

If the track shows it was delivered, please check if it's at your doorstep/yard or signed for by a family member.
If you still can't find it, please check if you wrote the wrong address (customer will bear all responsibility for the wrong address).
If the address is correct, please contact customer service: service@hyclinebike.com to complete your order.

How can I cancel my order?

Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order— Within 6 hours.
Once the order has already been shipped, we cannot cancel it.

Return & Refund

Do you offer a return guarantee? How long?

We offer a 30-day return guarantee for all products returned to us in new (unused) condition. If the product has already been used, we will charge a processing fee.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase and order ID.

To start a return, you can contact us at service@hyclinebike.com. We’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

We won't accept the Items sent back to us if without first requesting a return

How to start a return?

Three steps:

1.Provide clear photos of the product showing labels, surface condition, details and components to confirm it is resellable.

2.Receive the return label after approval. Ship the item via local courier. Customer covers return shipping if due to personal reasons.

3.Our warehouse receives and inspects the returned item. Refund is processed upon approval. Processing time varies by payment method and bank.

When will I receive my refund

Refunds are processed within 24 working hours of receiving your return in our warehouse back to your original method of payment. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed. Please be aware that it can take anywhere from 1-3 working days for the return to post to your account depending on your bank/credit card company.

I bought the wrong product. I want to just exchange the item.

We will resend the correct product to your address first.

The wrong product return is same as above. Any overpayment will be refunded, and any underpayment will be charged.
