This 700c road bike tires are built to Hycline's exacting standards for the perfect blend of function, weight and puncture resistance.

700c indicats a tire diameter of approximately 700mm. For example, A standard road tire is 700c x 23mm, indicating a tire diameter of approximately 700mm and a width of 23mm. When shopping for road tires, you'll look for 700c *  your preferred width. Narrower widths mean lighter tire weights and less frictional resistance. Conversely, wide tires have better grip and a smoother ride. Racing cyclists often use narrower tires to get higher speed and less resistance.

Road bike tires have lower rolling resistance, higher stability, better grip and higher speed for high speed riding and long distance riding. Therefore, our 700x23mm / 700x25mm road bicycle tires are the first choice for many urban cyclists, or speedway riders!

Features

  • The flat pattern in the center of the tread offers a tangible sense of low rolling resistance
  • The lightweight carcass design increases the elasticity of the tire, improves the sense of starting speed and the endurance of long-distance competition
  • Amazing lateral grip and traction, keeping the tires stable at the corners.
  • Carbon Steel bead design allows folding tires without damage for easy storage.
  • This Hycline tire transforms your bicycle into a machine that can battle wet and wintery conditions and nasty, sharp road debris.
  • Note: The package includes two bike tires.

Happy with this tire

It was easy to put on the rim. Seems like a sturdy tire. I’m not racing with it so I wasn’t concerned about weight.

Convenient to take along as a spare

I never purchased a foldable bike tire before, but my wife and I are looking to take some extended trip and thought these would be easier to along. I ordered 23MM tires and they appear to be true to size. My existing tires will need replacing soon and foldable tires will be easier to throw in the car, so I have them when I need them. One tire weighs 12.4 ounces (350 grams) and they appear to be made of nylon - (NYLON) is stamped on the side panel. The thickness of the tire seems typical to others and the price is great.

Great tire at a great price.

Easy to install and use. This tire is amazing. I have had it on gravel, dirt, shallow mud, wet grass and pavement, and it performs quite well.

What should I consider when choosing bicycle tires?

When selecting bicycle tires, consider the size, tread, width, durability, pressure, weight, and riding style. Choose a tire that fits your bike's wheels, is appropriate for the terrain you'll be riding on, is durable and puncture-resistant, can handle the recommended tire pressure, and matches your riding style.

What size bike tire do I need for my bike?

To determine the size of tire you need for your bike, you can look at the sidewall of your current wheel, which will have the tire size printed on it. The size will typically be expressed as a combination of numbers and letters, such as "700x23c" or "26x2.0". The first number refers to the diameter of the tire, which is measured in millimeters for metric sizes (e.g. 700) or inches for imperial sizes (e.g. 26). The second number refers to the width of the tire, also measured in millimeters or inches. The letter at the end indicates the type of tire (e.g. "c" for clincher)
If you're unsure about what size tires to get or have any doubts about compatibility, you can consult your bike's owner's manual or contact the manufacturer for advice.
